Who are we?
 Just believers like you, trying to make a difference in this world for God.
Specifically, we are Wayne and Kathleen Dillard. We are both ordained by the Vineyard Christian Fellowship, and have served as leaders in the body of Christ since 1979.
We helped pioneer Last Days Ministries, serving on the leadership with Keith and Melody Green for 12 years. After a divine baptism into intercession in 1979 we were mentored in prayer by Leonard Ravenhill for several years. With a heart to equip and mobilize believers in prayer we founded Saints With A Target in 1995, later that same year God commissioned us to N. India, and in 1997 we moved our family to Hyderabad.
Four years later we returned to the USA to launch PrayerCentral. Now we are back in S. Asia, where we continue the ministry in North India and this region of the world. We have a wonderful marriage and live in Singapore with our two daughters Julia and Jessica.
Why are we here?
To help you change your world through prayer. We want you to be excited about prayer and to help you lay hold of the adventure that God has for you. We are committed to using the advantages of technology to advance the Kingdom of Christ. We are here to serve, and happy to do it. Our heart is that you would touch God’s presence through the features of this site, and that you would do exploits for Him.
